It’s so rewarding growing your own garden. I would like to share a growing tip with you. Avoid using synthetic quick-release fertilizers in your gardens, as they are highly water-soluble and prone to leaching, which can severely contaminate waterways and harm wildlife. Research shows that less than half of the applied synthetic nitrogen is actually absorbed by plants, with the excess polluting our freshwater resources. Instead, opt for slow-release organic fertilizers, which are less water-soluble and release nutrients gradually through microbial decomposition. This approach provides steady, long-lasting nourishment for your plants, keeps nutrients in the soil longer, and helps protect the environment from pollution.

A delightful and relaxing moment is just right ahead with the joke of the day. It's called “Ageless Fun.”

Little Nina is debating with her elder sister about who is the real “older” child between them:

“Mom says I’m an old soul because I chose to be vegan. So, I’m the real older sister!”

“No, you are not. I’m also vegan, and I’m three years older than you by birth. So, I am your older sister!”

“No, I am older than you. You are just a kid.”

“No, you are not.”

This went on for what seemed like hours. Their mom shook her head and said to their grandma:

“When we were children, we were always competing to see who was ‘older’ and more mature. But when we reached middle age, we just wanted to be called ‘forever 21’ and constantly compared with each other to see whose looks were more youthful.”

?!?

And now we have a heartline from Mika and Grace in Canada
