Ayaba Galbas founded 'Ndolo Touch,' a website designed to promote her Afro-Caribbean heritage. Based on the concept 'nourishment of body, heart, and mind,' it includes many programs and workshops, including informative vegetable culinary courses. Ayaba makes special mention of the ecological challenges our world faces, and how Africa is responding. "We say it quite frequently – Africa is the breadbasket of the world. In response to the demands which are growing day by day, unfortunately, farmers tend to incorporate fertilizers and pesticides into their agriculture, which used to be organic. That’s the real danger, I want to tell you, and the real challenge that African agriculture will have to make up for. Apart from that, Africa will only get better if it becomes plant-based or more plant-based, simply because the lifecycle will be perpetuated. Having a plant-based lifestyle could really benefit the continent. I often hear 'Africa is the future.' No, Africa is the present. Africa is today. Africa is the present, so let’s take care of our lands!"

Supreme Master Ching Hai also emphasizes the importance of adopting a wholesome vegan lifestyle. During a conference in 2009, Supreme Master Ching Hai answered a question from Dr. Agbéko Kodjo Tounou, a Professor at the University of Lomé, Togo, about the benefits of organic farming regarding the current agricultural issues in Africa.

Ayaba Galbas shares the cooking of healthy meals with fruits, vegetables, and the gluten-free grains and superfoods grown by her native Afro-Caribbean ancestors. She welcomes newcomers to the vegan diet with her VIP, or Vegetal Initiation and Practice, master classes, where misconceptions about the vegan diet are replaced by knowledge and experience of her delicious cuisine.
